Missed Practice Notice
If a practice is to
be missed for any reason, this notice must be presented to the coaches at the
earliest possible time (ahead of time if missed practice is known before the
day of absence). It is realized by the
athlete that all attempts should be made to schedule any other activities
outside of standard practice time and missing a practice for any reason is the
least desirable course of action.
If practice is to be
missed on a regular (weekly) basis, the athlete must meet with the coach before
the start of the season to set up an individual season contract.
It is understood that
all reasons for a missed practice must conform to the rules and guidelines set
forth at the beginning of the season in order to be considered valid. Missed practices that are not cleared ahead
of time may warrant suspension from a meet or from the team.
It is understood that
EBAL Dual Meets or the EBAL Championship Meets can not be
missed!! Failure to attend any of these
meets will result in termination from the team for the remainder of the season.
